> Delivery date for your request

You can choose the time and date when you would like to get it.
However, if you are in isolated islands, it is difficult to comply with your request.
In this case, we will arrange new delivery date by phone or e-mail.
Please understand that the works will not be delivered on the day for your request
due to natural disaster, traffic condition, and other causes.

These three Yamato services are available. Please tell us your choice in your order.

1. Takkyu-bin: Standard (with insurance)
2. Yamato-bin: Artwork over 300,000 yen or large size
3. Bijyutu-bin: Expert for artwork

> You can get it in Gallery Kozuka directly.
If you come to Gallery Kozuka in Nagoya, Japan, you can get it directly.

<International Shipping>

We offer EMS (Express Mail Service), and insurance is required. EMS is more efficient and cheeper than other shipping services.
A tracking number will come along with your item. It does not guarantee a delivery date, but an estimated delivery date can be forecasted as soon as the work has left our gallery. It will take two or five business days (depends on location). However, during peak shipping season, such as the holidays, processing and shipping can take several days. If you would like to get it faster, please contact us.

The shipping cost depends on your location. Therefore, now I do not check the cost correctly.
